Royal Dum Biryani paste

Warm spices and depth built in — layer with rice and protein for dum-style biryani with less prep and the same celebratory aroma.

Onion, tomato, refined sunflower oil, yogurt solids, ginger, garlic, whole and ground spices, iodised salt, and other ingredients as listed on pack. Refer to the retail pouch for the complete statement and allergens.

Marinate or cook protein and vegetables with the paste, then layer with partially cooked rice and dum until fragrant. Adjust water for your rice variety.

Fried onions, saffron milk, fresh mint and coriander, and a squeeze of lemon.

Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature. Protect from direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate until the pouch is opened. Once opened consume immediately. Mix well before use. Oil separation is natural. Do not use if the pouch is leaking or bloated.
