Poha, Cumin,Black, Mustard, Cumin Seeds, Coriander,Turmeric, Green, Chilli, Salt, Sun Flower Oil, Curry Leaves,Asafoetida, Fennel seeds. Jirawon Masala.
Ratlami Sev:
Gram Flour (Besan), Clove Powder, Black, Pepper Powder, Red, Chilli Powder, Asafoetida (Hing), Turmeric Powder, Salt, Carom Seeds, Oil (Ajwain), Baking Soda.

How to use
DELICIOUS INDORI POHA IN 2 EASY STEPS :
1. Empty entire pack of Amboji Indori Poha in a vessel; Add about ½ cup of warm water. Close the lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. Serve it in two plates and garnished with Jirawon Masala, Ratlami Sev and Peanuts provided in the pack. To enhance its taste, adding pomegranate seeds is optional. Your rich, authentic Indori Poha is ready.
