How to use

DELICIOUS MALVANI TIKLA IN 4 EASY STEPS
1. Start by cleaning 500 g of Fish pieces thoroughly. Marinate with ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp garlic paste and 1 tsp salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. Empty the entire pack of Malvani (Dry-Gravy)Tikla into a vessel and also given packet of kokam. Add about 1 cup of warm water, stir well, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add more water if desired.
3. Heat a pan & add 20ml of oil in a pan. Add the prepared gravy in the hot oil and let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
4. Then add marinated fish & let simmer for a few minutes and cook until perfectly done. Your rich, authentic Malvani fish curry is ready.
