For a vegetarian twist, this versatile gravy is perfect for crafting stuffed brinjal or tondali masala. Best enjoyed hot with bhakri, rice, or chapati, it's a soulful taste of the Konkan.

How to use
1. Wash 500 g of chicken pieces and marinate with 2 tbsp, Curd or Lemmon Juice, ½ tsp turmeric powder, and ½ tsp salt. Let it rest for 20 min.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken & fry chicken in medium flame, after 8-10 min., then add 500 ml of water, cook until the chicken is tender.
3. Empty the entire pack of Malvani Chicken into a vessel. Add 1 cup of warm, water, stir well, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
4. Add the prepared gravy to the cooked chicken, mix well, and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot. Your rich, authentic Malvani Chicken curry is ready.
